K. and I are writing furiously. We're narrowed our screenplays down to the one's we think have the most solid, thought out story and dialogue. You can see the titles and our progress on them to your right. K's script is "The Bullpen", and mine is "The Orphan Queen".
We're getting ready for May, with pencils up and fingers crossed.

Writing, and directing and reading...oh my!

As flowers bloom, the days get longer and spring showers approach, life-changing deadlines also peek over the horizon. Don't forget that these deadlines are coming up soon!
The Nicholl Fellowship aka "The Big Kahuna": May 1, 2008. Remember, this is the POSTMARKED DEADLINE. Get the application here.
Disney Writing Fellowship: July, 2008. The information is from last year, but it is helpful nonetheless. There is NO APPLICATION fee so there is NO EXCUSE not to enter your work.
Warner Brothers Writers Workshop: July 25, 2008. You can submit as many scripts in comedy or drama as you'd like. The fee is 30 non-refundable bucks. Click here for more information.
So, crack open the final draft software, mark your calendars and get to writing!
